What is the best foot reflexology length for a first visit?
30 minutes, at $49: enough to find out how much pressure you like, and the one length you can book online. Once you know, 60 and 90 minutes give the feet more time; call (470) 549-2020 to book those.
If the half hour would be better spent on your neck and shoulders, the 30-minute massage page has the short table and chair options.

Which foot combo should I book?
The 35-minute reflexology combo keeps the whole visit on the feet; the 55- and 80-minute foot combos carry the massage on to the head, neck and shoulders. At $109 you choose: 90 minutes of foot reflexology, or the 55-minute combo with the soak, the hot stone and time on the upper body. All three combos are booked by phone.
Is the hot stone extra?
The hot stone is included in all three soak combos (35, 55 and 80 minutes). On a plain reflexology booking it is a $10 add-on, chosen while you book, and hot stone massage is a full session built around the stones.

What does foot reflexology feel like?
Gentle to firm pressure on points across both feet, and you choose where in that range it sits. Before a foot session starts, tell your therapist:
- Where to start on a pressure scale of 1 to 10.
- Any spot to leave alone, such as a blister, a cut, a bruise or a tender callus.
- Whether your feet are ticklish, so the pressure can be set with that in mind.
Ask for more or less pressure at any point in the session.

Can I split time between body and feet?

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30 min | 30 min | 60 min | $75 | Book |
| 45 min | 30 min | 75 min | $105 | Book |

The body half is a relaxation massage focused on the back, neck and shoulders. The 60 + 30 split also comes with a 45-minute facial cleanse, as a 135-minute massage and facial combo.

Which add-ons go with foot reflexology?
Sugar scrub reflexology ($10) and a 15-minute foot treatment with special cream ($30), both picked while you book. For time on the head as well, the scalp massage add-on is $10, with lavender or peppermint oil. The pricing page has all 15 add-ons.

Does reflexology fix foot pain?
No. Our reflexology is for relaxing tired feet, so foot pain that lasts, or pain that is new, sharp or getting worse, goes to a podiatrist before you book. Check with your doctor first if any of these apply:
- Recent foot, ankle or leg surgery: wait for your surgeon's approval.
- An open cut, a rash or another skin condition on the feet.
- A history of blood clots.
- Pregnancy: ask your obstetrician or midwife first; the prenatal massage is set up for pregnancy.
Health & Healing does not diagnose or treat foot conditions, or any other condition.

Can members book back and foot massage?
Yes: a 60-minute member session can be back and foot massage, $72 with a free hot-stone add-on, on a $9.99 monthly plan. At 90 or 120 minutes ($105 or $139), the member options add a head spa to the back and foot massage; the membership page lists the rest. Members book at the front desk or on the phone.
